Our client purchased a property with an older house positioned at the front of a large 728m² block. Recognizing the potential of this site, they aimed to capitalize on the high demand for housing in the area by developing the rear of the property.

Project Goals

  1. Develop Rear Lot: Construct a single-storey, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house at the back of the block.

Our Approach

Unit Development We designed and built a modern, single-storey unit at the rear of the property. The new unit features:
